The Guardian’s data blogs are a fantastic resource for all sorts of interesting information. Today I found something that every waste professional should have access to – an interactive map of recycling rates amongst all English local authorities. So I thought I should share it.
Presenting data in this sort of way makes it so much easier to compare performance across the country and to start asking interesting questions about why performance in neighbouring areas might be so different. And if you really want to get into detail, there underlying data is all available too.
