Matt Smith is a senior consultant at Eunomia Research & Consulting whose work focuses is on outcomes-based procurement that delivers an optimized service and value for money.
Prior to joining Eunomia, Matt held senior roles within both the Australian private and public sectors. He has managed the procurement and mobilisation processes for a wide range of waste management services including household waste collection, commercial & industrial, construction & demolition and commercial services. He has also contract managed a regional household waste disposal contract on behalf four local authorities and commercially run an effluent processing facility.
